I have been taken care of by All East Bay Properties for several years now , and it’s been a great experience for me. They have freed up the time and energy I was spending with the daily management of an older building, and by doing that they are helping me enjoy my retirement.
Of course nothing is free, but the cost is fair and at my age I’ve learned that free time and peace of mind are worth paying a fair price for.
Jason and his staff have also helped me navigate through some of Oaklands somewhat confusing regulations when they arise.

All East bay Property have managed my property very professionally for 3 years.
I have worked with All East Bay Properties for 3 years now. They have been managing both of my properties in the Bay Area and I have not looked elsewhere. From a landlord’s standpoint it has been a very smooth experience. Rent payments come in every month like clockwork. There has been the absolute minimal hassle on my side from being a landlord. Both their leasing agent MJ and Jason himself are always very responsive. I would highly recommend them as a property manager to anyone.
