I have worked with All East Bay Properties for 3 years now. They have been managing both of my properties in the Bay Area and I have not looked elsewhere. From a landlord’s standpoint it has been a very smooth experience. Rent payments come in every month like clockwork. There has been the absolute minimal hassle on my side from being a landlord. Both their leasing agent MJ and Jason himself are always very responsive. I would highly recommend them as a property manager to anyone. Jason and MJ have really been professional and are just doing their job well.
I feel lucky to have found such a great property management company (Jason at All East Bay Properties) to have taken care of the renting out and management of our home for over 10 years, now, while we have been living overseas.
