California statewide pending home sales continued to build momentum in July, showing signs of strength, portending fall improvement in market.

California Sales – June 2016
After a couple months of lackluster growth in transaction volume, California existing home sales rose to their highest level in nearly four years in June, as sales surpassed the 400,000 mark for the fourth consecutive month.
California Pending Home Sales May 2016
Building on April’s gain, California pending home sales continued to rebound on a year-to-year basis. The statewide pending home sales index rose 3.8 percent in May on an annual basis to 136.5 percent.
