We founded All East Bay Properties with one goal: give East Bay landlords the kind of professional, responsive, and transparent property management they deserve — and have never had to compromise on that mission in over two decades.

Today we manage 600+ residential units across Emeryville, Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Pinole, Richmond, Alameda, Hercules, and beyond. Our Story

Jason Crouch started All East Bay Properties in 2005 after watching too many property owners struggle with unreliable, unresponsive management. His answer was simple: build a company that treats every owner’s portfolio as if it were our own.

Twenty years later, that mission is still the standard we hold ourselves to — every call, every lease, every maintenance request.

Yes — this is one of our core specializations. We manage rent-controlled properties across Berkeley, Oakland, and Richmond and stay current on every local ordinance, allowable increase, and compliance requirement.
