I was client of All East Bay Properties on both sides of their business. I was a renter through them for more than two years, and now they manage my property for almost five years. They provide excellent service. Whenever I needed a repair either as a renter or as an owner they would arrange it immediately. They organized all needed paperwork for me: business licenses and such. And when my renter moved out, they found a new one, did cosmetic repairs, and rented it out in two weeks – this is unheard of! Very professional and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

He is knowledgeable in his field, keeping up and complying with the latest rental laws. He addressed maintenance issues from tenants promptly, arranged for fixes quickly, communicating with HOA on behalf of me when necessary (he arranged to have HOA cover the fix when a termite estimate turned out to fall under HOA responsibility, for example.)
