Jason Crouch’s expertise and guidance were invaluable when we were navigating a difficult situation with a landlord who initially tried to deny us the relocation assistance we were rightfully owed following a no-fault termination. I have worked with All East Bay Properties for 3 years now. They have been managing both of my properties in the Bay Area and I have not looked elsewhere. From a landlord’s standpoint it has been a very smooth experience. Rent payments come in every month like clockwork. There has been the absolute minimal hassle on my side from being a landlord. I really am not in the habit of rating property management organizations but this one is surprisingly good and worthy of a note.
They didn’t give me any discounts on my rent (although they probably should) so this is from the heart.
Very quick and efficient service whenever something’s broken/leaking etc. No 3 week period, no pointing fingers – just get it done.

We have used All East Bay for about 15 years and the team has proven to be consistent and reliable in helping us manage the property. They have also been excellent in finding tenants.
My review is for the interaction I had with two All East Bay Properties employees, as I am not a current tenant with them.
With that said, I wanted to take the time to recognize and express gratitude to Brian, who took time to respond (in detail) to my inquiry about one of their properties that was fraudulently posted on Craigslist. I appreciated the time he took to explain things which definitively confirmed my initial suspicions. Additionally, when I was having trouble connecting with a live person each time I called the office number, he was quick to provide me with a contact number for an agent (CiCi) who was responsible for the property I was trying to see (even though it was not his area). He showed great professionalism and attention to detail, and for that, I am grateful.
I was glad to see how responsive CiCi was when I reached out, given how challenging it had been to get a hold of someone. On top of that, she was quick to get me in for a timely viewing. I found her to be very helpful, friendly and also very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time and attention she provided me.
Overall, my experience with All East Bay Properties was a positive one given the assistance that I received from these two individuals.

I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by All East Bay Properties. They are incredibly responsive, always addressing my queries and concerns promptly. Their efficiency in finding tenants is impressive; my property has never been vacant for long. We had a situation where the water bill is included as part of the HOA. Jason has been super helpful in terms of working with the tenants to get the water bill reimbursed to us.

I rented with them in 2019 and 2020 and my overall experience was positive. Big shoutout for Auguste as he is super patient, friendly and helpful! I moved once to another unit that they manage and it was smooth to coordinate with them on move-in dates and looking for the right apartment in Emeryville. I had a minor issue when moving out as they tried to charge me a cleaning fee from my deposit. I sent over the photos and videos I took when I moved in. And I talked over the phone with the manager and he waived that fee for me because it was not caused by me. That is the only part why I took off one star so they definitely can improve on thoroughly cleaning and checking the unit before making it ready for new renters. Communication with them is easy. Keep up the good work!
I am an owner of a rental managed by All East Bay Property’s. I haved owned and managed property for over 50 years and turned my Property’s over to all East Bay because I am an out of state owner and they are one of the best management company’s in the Bay area. I feel sometimes renter’s don’t understand how hard it is to get good workers in to do a job. we need to get work done fast because we lose a lot of money if we don’t so some times we have to pay a pretty penny to get work done. The best way for a renter to save money is to leave the unit clean. I have also noticed over the years that my renters are much more fussy about the condition of a unit before they move in than when they move out.
I worked with Christine during the application and rental process, and she was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was always kind and welcoming. This was my first experience with a property management company, which I like having as an intermediary between tenant and owner. There is an online tenant portal which makes paying easier and accessible, filling out a maintenance request simple, and keeps all the documents in one place.

As a SoCal native, I am in love with Oakland’s community & how much joy my students bring into the classroom every day. After coming across a listing from AEBP, I contacted Christine and immediately received a response. From the beginning, Christine was efficient, professional and absolutely wonderful to work with. Like many prospective tenants, I had so many questions. Christine was transparent and quick with her answers and I felt so reassured to rent out this property.
We move in less than a week, and this entire process has been seamless. From the (online) signing/deposit of the lease to sending over insurance documents, both Christine and Jason have been incredible to work with. Their online portal is definitely user-friendly and easy to navigate. I have looked over “negative” reviews of this business, and most of them are things that just require a careful read of the lease. I look forward to continue working with AEBP!

(even when she was on the East Coast for a quick visit.) Sometimes my questions were repetitive and/or a bit annoying but she was completely professional and answered them completely. Christine plugged away and showed my condo many, many times, even when the tenant was still gathering his things knowing people would probably not be too interested.
I could go on and on but you get the point. Christine was very easy to work with and made the process as easy as it could be for us, which at times had many challenges and bumps in the road. Jason is an excellent property manager! I moved across the country and had to manage my rental from afar. After going through two other failed property management companies I was referred to All East Bay.
